windy gap

This weekend was amazing.  I was amazed by grace and what it can look like when presented to a group of kids who have never heard the message before.

This weekend was amazing.  I was reminded of the contrast of darkness and light.  I was reminded that there is a battle being waged for the souls of middle school kids and that the Lord is fighting for them.
This weekend was amazing.  Relationships were strengthened with girls I love.  We danced together.  Stayed up until four in the morning together.  Ate a bunch of junk food together.  And talked about what it means to follow Jesus.

This weekend was amazing.  I was almost brought to tears when I saw volunteer leaders and high school leaders loving my kids so well.  I feel such a burden for these kids, and I felt that it was lifted off of me when I saw leaders selflessly loving kids.
This weekend was amazing.  400 kids heard the gospel and had a blast.  Windy Gap was beautiful. Relationships were formed.  I saw the Lord. I am encouraged.
