I was given tickets to "In the Heights" at the Fox last night by a family involved in Young Life. Jess and Sara went with me, and I was telling them in the car that we would probably be sitting up in the balcony. We went to will call, got our tickets, and walked through the front doors. We were told to go to "curtain C" to have them escort us to our seats. I gave the nice old lady our tickets, and she started to walk toward the stage. We followed, and to our disbelief, she lead us to the front of the theater. Our tickets were fifth row from the front in the DEAD center. I think all three of us about cried. I have never enjoyed a play so much. Was it the seats? YES. Was it the play? ABSOLUTELY YES. I was telling friends that I might have a new favorite broadway play... I've been listening to the soundtrack all morning! Needless to say, last night was the highlight of my week and such a sweet treat. I am SO VERY thankful for the gift I received last night.
